Breast Implants

Enhance Your Figure With Breast Implants

Breast Augmentation

Breast augmentation is a very popular surgery. This surgery is performed under general anesthetic, and takes 45 minutes.

Breast implants are made in silicone gel; they have either a round shape or an anatomical shape (pear shape). They come in different sizes, and different projections.

The incision (4cm long) can be either under the breast, through the nipple or in the armpit. A pocket is made either in front or at the back of the pectoral muscle.

When implants are in place, the different layers are stitched up, and a small dressing is applied on the breast. Then the patient has to wear a support bra for the next 3 weeks.

The recovery time is 2-3 weeks.

Going back to work: between 2 and 3 weeks.

Going back to the gym: 4 to 6 weeks.

Breast Lift

Pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight fluctuations, and age can all leave you with significantly drooping or sagging breasts. A breast lift, also called a mastopexy, raises your breasts, giving you a more youthful, contoured figure. Dr Horn can combine a lift with a breast augmentation for a fuller appearance.

Breast Reduction

Women who have large breasts may suffer from problems such as backaches and neck aches. A breast reduction procedure can help alleviate these problems. Dr. Horn will remove excess tissue, fat, and skin to decrease bust size and provide a perkier lift.
Breast Implants

Dr. Horn only places silicone breast implants in his practice. Silicone implants often look and feel more natural. You can choose from a variety of shapes, sizes, and profiles to achieve the silhouette you desire. You can also work with Dr. Horn to determine the best incisions for your unique case.

Breast Reconstruction

Dr. Horn offers breast reconstruction surgery for patients who have undergone a mastectomy. He can recreate your breasts using a fat transfer, muscle and tissue from another area of your body or an implant. This procedure can be performed at the same time as a mastectomy or after you have fully healed.
