In the Norwich aesthetic surgery and skin clinic, we have a lot of experience on hand rejuvenation; our first case was done 20 years ago
There are different treatments available:
• In case of hyperpigmentation of the skin, the treatment will be alternating IPL (Intense pulse light) and chemical peels. Generally, you need 3 sessions of medium depth chemical peel, 1 every 6 weeks
• In case of volume loss, the treatment is injections of Hyaluronic acid or Radiesse. Usually one session is enough. The results last 18 to 24 months

In case of fine wrinkles, the treatment is mesotherapy: the back of your hand is injected with a cocktail of hyaluronic acid and vitamins , sometimes mixed with P.R.P.
A set of 3 sessions, 1 every month, to start and then, 1 session every 2-3 months is necessary to get a good result that will last up to 12 months.
