I had buttocks implants 390cc inside the muscle with fat transfer.

From the very start Dr Horn was welcoming and Knowledgeable about the procedure I wanted for the look I desired, I am 5,8 and around a size 10UK and I had hip dip that I really didn’t like, I felt very insecure about my shape.
So Dr Horn explained the procedure to me and I decided to go with it, from the very beginning I felt in safe hand and with a surgeon who knows what their doing as it is a specialist procedure.
The hospital and the staff were lovely and Dr Horn made me feel reassured the whole way from what post opp clothes to wear to what to do if I am on my period durning my operation, I honestly will probably never go to another surgeon again now I have found Dr Horn.
So once I woke up, Dr Horn came to check on me right away to check how I was feeling ask if I needed anything, I stayed at the hospital until Dr Horn felt I was ready to leave, since returning home I have had consistent contact with Dr Horn and regular visit.
I am almost 1 month post opp and my scars are healing nicely, the ones from my drains and fat transfer have basically gone I am sitting and walking with out pain and most importantly I am extremely happy with the results, HIP DIP goodbye hello happy me!! My confidence has returned and I feel proud of my body.
My implants look extremely natural I have a perfect peach bum and I know my implants are placed correctly and feel as natural as possible.
I would highly recommend Dr Horn over any other company/person.

I can't stop looking in the mirror! Dr Horn is everything you would want in plastic surgeon. His expertise and knowledge is outstanding. An excellent eye for detail and a complete perfectionist. 100% calm at all times, very professional. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Wonderful surgeon with more than 25 years experience in plastic surgery. Dr.Horn done my nose in 2002 and my breast enlargement in 2013...Both surgeries with brilliant results. In the last few years Dr.Horn was looking after my botox and fillers! I would highly recommend Dr.Horn to all my friends, family and people looking to enhance beauty and confidence.

This is not only a plastic surgeon but a great human being, right from the word go he's been amazing, performed pec implants and due to the shape of my rib cage one was out of line. He brought me back to Harley St an fixed it with no questions asked, they look amazing. Don't go anywhere else, this guy is the best around. Don't waste ya time going anywhere else
